My wife Mary Ellen wants to thank the members of Winona Health's Intensive Care Unit for their kindness and attentiveness during her recent health issues.

Hospital stays are never enjoyable, and inasmuch as Mary Ellen had been in the ICU on two different occasions during the last several weeks, those nurses, nurses aides and others in the unit made her stay as comfortable as possible.

This thank-you also extends to those people from the other departments who attended to my wife's needs and, as with the ICU staff members, did so with a ready smile and cheerful disposition.

Once again, Mary Ellen and I want to extend a very heartfelt thanks to those who helped her during a very trying time in her life.

James and Mary Ellen Puz, Winona
