Here's a look at the top 10 most crash-prone state highway intersections in Winona County. The totals are compiled from 2011 to 2015, the most recent five-year period in the Minnesota Department of Transportation's database. The data represent major incidents: They only include crashes that caused more than $1,000 in damage or injuries, not pedestrian or property-damage crashes, minor collisions, or other incidents.
