6:11 p.m. — A Winona man reported that the main-level windows and bottom of the front door to an old schoolhouse on the 2400 block of County Road 17 had been knocked out.

3:05 p.m. — Vincent P. Levers, 30, Fountain City, was ticketed for theft by gas drive-off at the Kwik Trip at Hwy. 61 and Hwy. 43.

10:14 a.m. — Sean William Nichols, 53, Winona, was ticketed for a misdemeanor violation of a harassment restraining order on the 150 block of East Fourth Street.

10:00 p.m. — Julie Lynn Pierce, 51, Winona, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree drunk driving after officers pulled her over for speed on the 1800 block of Theurer Boulevard and smelled the odor of alcohol. Her blood alcohol content was recorded at 0.18.

9:25 a.m. — Tara Lynn Brown, 35, Winona, was ticketed for trespassing at Menards. 

2:40 p.m. — A Winona woman reported her passenger side car window broken as it was parked on the 300 block of Chestnut Street.

4:20 p.m. — A Winona woman reported that her car tires were punctured as it was parked on the 850 block of West Fifth Street. 

8:54 p.m. — Tyirek Ramone Jordan, 20, Winona, was arrested on suspicion of a misdemeanor domestic fear and harm on the 350 block of Chestnut Street after he allegedly pushed a woman down more than once.
