Lemon Drop fails to mention the over $$133 million in tax payer subsidy that farmers in Winona County have received since 1995. Milk prices are down because of overproduction yet the tax payer is on the hook to subsidize the industry.

Nice work LSP, trying to create division among the farming community. Happy well taken care of cows produce more , in a shed or in the pasture. But then again you guys aren't in the truth telling business are you. Keep up your sustainability!

Interesting that artificially impregnating animals, removing the calf shortly after birth, keeping the animals confined in a barn for their entire life produces happy cows. Happy compared to what? Its a milk factory. Modern agriculture or matrix reloaded? Very nice facility and good people. Just not my definition of happy. It is somewhat barbaric when you think of the process. Is this what we have become?

Great farm and an even better family. Don't miss this opportunity to see modern agriculture in motion.

Impress us with acres and acres of green pasture. Let the cows walk on healthy grasses, not mined sand. Nothing makes a ruminant happier than nice fresh grease to eat and lay in,. and sun!
