Here are the events at Bluff Country Co-op in July. All events are open to the public. To RSVP, call 507-452-1815.

Tasty Tuesdays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 2: In this new series held on the first Tuesday of every month, the co-op will introduce fruits and veggies to children 5 and under. Each child will receive a free fruits and veggies passport, which they will use as a guide to explore new tastes. Free, but space is limited. RSVP at 507-452-1815.

Yoga at the Co-op, 12:05 to 12:50 p.m. Tuesday, July 16: Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the co-op. In this partnership with Infinity Wellness, the co-op offers a free yoga class in the Community Room on the third Tuesday of each month. Mollee Sheehan will lead this gentle, all-levels 45-minute sequence. Bring your yoga mat if have one. Free, but space is limited. RSVP at 507-452-1815.

Kids Cook! 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 20: Kids 5-12 will have fun in this interactive introduction to cooking. Free, but space is limited. RSVP at 507-452-1815.

Class: Sourdough Bread Baking, 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 23: Learn how to bake sourdough bread with Britta McColl, owner and head baker of Castlerock Sourdough LLC. Britta will take you from start to finish — teaching you how to build and maintain a starter, how to gently mix the dough (stretch and fold), how to form the dough, and how to move the dough from a peel to a stone for baking. Participants will also tour the bakery. The last half hour of the class will be a social time. Hot tea and sourdough bread will be served on the front porch. The class will be held at Castlerock Sourdough, W593 Castlerock Lane, Fountain City. All ingredients will be provided for participants to make their own dough (to bake at home). Students should bring: spoon, bowl, glass measuring cup, one cup dry measuring cup, wicker basket, white cotton dish towel. Space is limited to 10 students. Fee: $25 non-owners, $20 owners.
