WINONA/BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Gayle R. Johnson, 87, of Winona, and formerly of Bloomington, passed away peacefully at his home with family by his side and in the care of hospice Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, following a short illness.

Services are being planned for a future date, with burial in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
