NOTICE TO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS:

This collection is intended to assist businesses in proper bulb disposal. To avoid long lines in Winona, homeowners with
fewer than 10 bulbs should bring their bulbs to the Household Hazardous Waste Facility any day during regular business hours

St. Charles

8:00-9:00 a.m.
Faith Lutheran Church

10:00-11:00 a.m.

Please Note: All bulbs • Businesses who want to be billed
must be counted by

Important Details:
• DO NOT TAPE BULBS TOGETHER!
Rubber bands work well.
• If lights are broken, place pieces in a
sealed, labeled container.
• Please store bulbs in the original
packaging whenever possible.

We will accept up to ten (10) bulbs from businesses
AT NO COST!

Bulbs in excess of ten will be charged at the following rates:
4 ft. and under:
30c each
U-shaped and circular
50c each
5 ft. and over:
50c each
Compact Fluorescents:
40c each
HID Bulbs:
$2.50 each
PCB Ballasts:
95c per pound
