Coronavirus Response Plan: Prioritizing the
health and welfare of clients and employees
March 20, 2020

The Board Store is committed to the safety and security of our clients and their families, our employees
and their families, and the general public. We will proactively follow the CDC recommended protocol and
limitations established by our local, state, or Federal government. Within these limitations, we will work
diligently to provide the installations homeowners have contracted for and continue to meet the requests of
those who wish to improve their safety, security, and quality of life with our quality products and services.

1. The Board Store staff is made up of full time employees and consequently under direct control of the company. My commitment is that, if
any employee tests positive for the coronavirus, I will immediately halt operation of the company for fourteen days so that all employees can
self quarantine. We will follow the same policy if any family member residing with an employee tests positive.
2. All employees have absolute instructions to stay at home if they are sick or if a member of their family is sick.
3. All employees have been fully informed of and are required to comply with the CDC protocol for controlling COVID-19 and protecting
the health of all.
A) Frequent washing of hands and use of sanitizing wipes when and where available.
B) Frequent wipe down of surfaces in our showroom and offices and of samples used by our sales professionals. Installation personnel
will wipe down surfaces with appropriate cleaning solutions when completing installations inside our clients homes.
C) Social distancing. Our team will follow the CDC protocol for social distancing in all interactions with clients, coworkers, and the general public. Internally
we will limit group activities and have encouraged our employees to do so in their personal life. We will honor the wishes of any client who wishes to
delay installation of their project. We will honor without penalty the decision of any employee to stay home and self quarantine.
4. The Board Store Showrooms will be closed Friday, March 20th through Friday, April 3rd.
5. The Board Store will be checking phone and internet messages on a daily basis to answer any questions you may have.
We recognize that these are challenging times particularly due to the unknowns related to the Coronavirus.
We are dedicated to the safety and security of our clients. We know that many of the projects we are
asked to complete are for the express purpose of providing safety and security to our homeowner clients.
We will continue to work diligently to meet the needs of our clients while closely monitoring the CDC
recommendations. Our clients have the assurance of knowing that our administrative, sales, and
installation staff are permanent long term employees of The Board Store and under the direct
supervision of the company’s management.
We are thankful for all who have and will trust us for improving their homes. We are also thankful for
all that is being done to minimize the impact of the virus. We will continue to serve with hope and
confidence that better days are ahead.
