Sr. Lighting Development
Engineer (Winona, MN)
Obtain customer approval of lighting appearance for new product
designs. Interpret customer requirements. Measure and evaluate
product lighting performance. Communicate required adjustments
to tooling, components, materials or manufacturing processes.
Perform tuning of lighting circuits and components and diagnostics
and calibration of CAN/LIN based systems. Provide product
analysis support for lighting appearance issues that may arise after
product launch. Provide product analysis and support for
VAVE efforts on lighting designs in volume production. Serve
as customer and supplier interface. Support development and
implementation of product verification test procedures and
equipment such as calibration standards, limit samples, and
analysis and Verification vision system data.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and
2 years of experience in automotive interior lighting circuit design
and analysis including experience with lighting measurement
equipment setup and data collection using Instrument Systems
CAS140C and attachments - Top200, ISP and LED430;
Lumicam1300 imaging colorimeter; and CAN/LIN systems using
Vector tools for messaging, diagnostics and calibration required.
