Schams Financial Services is sponsoring a series of personal finance workshops to be held on Mondays in March from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Ridgeway Community School.

On March 15, the topic is "A Common Sense Guide to Personal Finance: Stay Rich for Ever and Ever," a video presentation by author Ed Slott.

March 22 will be a discussion on property and casualty insurance by Jeff Mann of Mann Insurance Agency. Christopher Schams will also discuss the "Living Balance Sheet."

The series will conclude March 29 with a workshop on basic estate planning and charitable giving by David and Christopher Schams of Schams Financial.

Each session will include a question and answer period after the presentation. Light refreshments will be served. Cost is $25 or $50 per couple for the entire series, with proceeds going to Ridgeway Community School.
