Oct. 29

7:22 p.m. - A 15-year-old boy was referred to the Winona County Attorney's Office for stealing $404.38 worth of items from Fleet Farm, 920 Hwy. 61. The boy stuck numerous items in his pants pockets and inside a large coat.

Tuesday

6:34 p.m. - Trisha Lynelle Musilek, 19, of Winona was cited for shoplifting for stealing three pairs of women's underwear worth $18 from Shopko, 405 Cottonwood Drive. Musilek told police she didn't mean to steal the items, and that they must have fallen into her purse when she went to put deodorant on.

7:35 p.m. - Officers recovered a car reported stolen Saturday. The vehicle was found in an alley behind a residence in the 550 block of Zumbro Street. The vehicle appeared to have been driven through a cornfield.

Wednesday

Police issued 70 alternate-side parking tickets.

Monday

3:34 p.m. - A 50-foot hay conveyor worth between $700 and $800 and a valve worth between $800 and $1,000 were reported stolen from a Dakota, Minn., farm.

Tuesday

2:30 p.m. - Deputies received a report from a Minnesota City, Minn., woman that someone had stolen about 27 gallons of fuel from her Ford Explorer. The woman said she filled her vehicle up on Monday and parked it outside her residence in the Hidden Valley Mobile Home Village.
