Barbara Jean Albert

BOULDER, Colo. - Barbara Jean Albert of Boulder died of cancer Monday, Oct. 31, 2005, at her home. She was 54.
The daughter of Francis Lehnertz and Patricia Meier Lehnertz, she was born Oct. 3, 1951, in Winona. She married Jon L. Albert on Sept. 2, 1972, in Winona.
Mrs. Albert moved to Boulder in 1983.
A graduate of Winona State University with a degree in elementary education, she was the former owner and director of Tiny Minders Day Care and Preschool in Boulder.
She was a member of the Catholic church, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and the Dyehards softball team of Boulder.
She enjoyed traveling, art, spending time with her family and friends, the outdoors, and working with children.
"Barbara was a remarkable woman who inspired and befriended every person she met," her family said. "Even though her life was cut short, her amazing memories will live on in all of our hearts."
Survivors include her husband, of Boulder; her mother, of Rollingstone, Minn.; a son, Shawn D. Albert of Denver; two daughters, Adrienn Albert of Lafayette and Cathilee Albert of Centennial; three brothers, Robert Lehnertz of Seattle, Peter Lehnertz of Rollingstone and Danny Lehnertz of Winona; and three sisters, Linda Kriedermacher of Altura, Minn., Cindy Laumb of Graham, Wash., and Nancy Schley of Mitchell, S.D.
She was preceded in death by her father; and two sisters, Debbie Bronk and Mary Patricia Lehnertz.
A celebration of life will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at East Boulder Recreation Center, 5660 Sioux Drive, with a reception afterward. Chaplain Todd Thillman of HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties will officiate.

LAKE CITY, Minn. - Deborah J. Halter, 47, died at her home in Lake City on Friday, Nov. 4, 2005. Deborah was born Oct. 19, 1958, to Arthur M. and Dorothy E. (Passe) Larson in Wabasha, Minn. She attended high school in Wabasha and later served in the Marine Corps for a short time. Deborah married Theodore Allan Halter on April 4, 1996, in Wabasha. She enjoyed cooking, baking and needlework. She loved children and animals.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Theodore of Lake City; two sisters, Marilyn (Richard) Sanderson of Wabasha and Irene Burmeister of Wabasha; three brothers, Tom (Mary) Larson of Nelson, Wis., Rick (Jackie) Larson of Winona and Kevin Larson and Oscar Blom of Winona; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Larry; and a sister, Mary.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Schleicher Funeral Homes, Lake City Chapel. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. There will be no reviewal; the body was cremated. There will be a private interment.

Jeanne A. Reinhardt, 64, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, dear friend, died peacefully in her family's arms.
She was preceded in death by parents, Archie and Doris Byington; stepfather, Gene Sanders; siblings, Ken, Michael and Judy.
She is survived by devoted husband of 42 years, Terry; daughters, Jolene Flavin and Terri Lynn Moechnig; grandchildren. Keara and Ian Flavin, Justin and Kayla Moechnig; siblings, Janet (Jay) Longsdorf and Don Byington; stepbrothers, Ed (Shirley), Dale (Kathy), Roger and Otto Sanders.
Funeral service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 2475 17th Ave. E., North St. Paul. Interment at Buffalo City Cemetery, Buffalo City, Wis.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Honsa Family Funeral Home, 2460 E. County Road E, WBL, and one hour before services at church.

Ervin 'Sonny' G. Savoy

Ervin Savoy passed away Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005, at his residence in Winona. He was born in Winona to Evelyn (Bohn) and Ervin H. Savoy. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rosemary Savoy; and his two brothers, Robert and Duane Savoy. He will be greatly missed and remembered by his partner in life, her children and her grandchildren; along with his sister, Mary Welch; and brother, Donald Savoy; and his many nieces and nephews.
Ervin attended local schools until May 1947, when he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. During active duty, he traveled abroad to Alaska, Morocco and Thailand. In his 20 years of service, he received numerous awards and decorations. He retired from the service in April 1967.
Private services were held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

COUER D' ALENE, Idaho - Doris Holstein of Post Falls, Idaho, and formerly of Mondovi, Wis., died Friday, Oct. 28, 2005, at Kootenai Medical Center in Couer d' Alene, Idaho.
Doris was born Feb. 23, 1929, and grew up in Buffalo County, Wis.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at Kjentvet-Smith Funeral Home in Mondovi.
Burial will be in Riverside Lutheran Cemetery in Mondovi. Visitation will be at the funeral home one hour before the service.
