King’s Singers to perform Christmas show Sunday at Mayo Civic Center in Rochester

World-renowned vocal group the King’s Singers will perform a Christmas concert at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Mayo Civic Center Presentation Hall in Rochester, Minn.

Selections will include John Rutter’s “There is a Flower,” J.S. Bach’s “Oh Little One Sweet,” Tchaikovsky’s “The Crown of Roses,” as well as traditional favorites like “Nöel Nouvelet,” “What Child is This?” and “Rise Up, Shepherd, and Follow.”
Founded in 1968 by six Choral Scholars from King’s College Cambridge, the King’s Singers quickly became a prominent worldwide musical force. The group performed a sold-out concert at last summer’s Minnesota Beethoven Festival in Winona.
