The state GOP said Chris Buckel of Hammond sent and received campaign e-mails at his computer at St. Croix Central High School, where he teaches.
In one e-mail, Buckel acknowledged he could get in trouble for using the school e-mail account for campaign purposes. But he continued to use the account to discuss his campaign.
Buckel's wife, Jonalee, said her husband was tied up Tuesday evening in a pair of debates and couldn't be immediately reached for comment.
Buckel faces Rep. John Murtha, R-Baldwin, in the Nov. 4 election.
