This summer, Wenonah Canoe donated the use of a variety of canoes and kayaks for our Park and Recreation summer camps. This generous donation helped to inspire youth interest in paddling and also allowed the staff to teach water safety while practicing skills. This bit of extra water fun helped liven up the summer and keep the staff and our users active and engaged in the programs. The canoes and kayaks were a huge benefit to our canoe and kayak camp as well to our employees in providing a means of staff wellness.
