Becker, Gluch propel Caledonia soccer team

CALEDONIA, Minn. — For the Caledonia High School boys soccer team, it was the seniors that led the way in its Hiawatha Valley League matchup against Lake City on Saturday.

Seniors Jordan Becker and Colin Gluch had a hat trick and two assists apiece to lead the Warriors to an 8-0 victory over the Tigers.
Kevin Ranzenberger had a goal and two assists for Caledonia (3-2), which won its second consecutive game.

LAKE CITY, Minn. — Sophomore midfielder Megan Schmitz scored her first two goals of the season for the Warriors, who pulled away with four second-half goals.

Caledonia sophomore Bobbi Jo Schuttemeier also had two goals to run her season total to three.
