Renowned hairstylist trains cosmetology students

Cosmetology students at Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical began the school year with a special training session Aug. 27 led by Wayne Grund, the name behind Grund Salon Hair Care products based in California.

This is Grund’s second visit to Southeast Technical. Last year, on the first day of the fall semester, Grund stopped in for 45 minutes on his way to the Twin Cities. This year, Grund spent the entire day working with students on the technical side of hair cutting.
