10 p.m. — Officers responded to a report of loud music in the area of Fourth and Carimona streets. On arrival, they discovered several people and noticed David Jeffrey Clickner, 30, with an open can of beer. He was cited with public consumption and released.
10:34 p.m. — Police were called to 279 Sioux St. on a report of a loud party. Upon arrival, seven or eight people fled, but a renter led them to two people still hiding inside. Dawn Renee Bulerman, 20, of Winona, and Jeffrey James Schmidt, 19, of Wykoff, Minn., were cited for underage drinking and failure to leave a loud party. Schmidt was also arrested for giving police a false name and date of birth when they discovered the driver’s license he gave them belonged to someone else. He was held in jail.
Friday
12:49 a.m. — Winona State University security personnel called police to assist them with a 19-year-old man who was yelling at staff and alarming other students in the area of Howard and Huff streets. Police arrived and cited Royce Michael Farmer, of Winona, for underage drinking.
12:56 a.m. — An officer noticed a vehicle weaving in its lane in the area of Sarnia and Olmstead streets. The officer ran the license plates, found the registered owner to have a revoked license and pulled the vehicle over. Larry David Albrecht, 41, of Winona, did poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. A breath test at the jail found his blood-alcohol concentration to be 0.14 percent. He was cited for drunken driving and driving after revocation.
