EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (AP) _ A brother and sister are ordered to stand trial in Eau Claire on charges that they provided illegal drugs that led to a woman's death.
Both 26-year-old Tiffany Shubert of Eau Claire and her 24-year-old brother Zachary Shubert of Neillsville face a charge of being party to first-degree reckless homicide.
They're charged in the death of 26-year-old Lisa Gannigan who was found dead at her Eau Claire home July 11th.
Prosecutors say both of the Shuberts had been at Gannigan's home that night, and Tiffany Shubert gave drugs to the victim.
Investigators reported finding a needle and syringe containing the painkillers fentanyl and methadone.
