2:27 p.m. — Police arrested Bruce Cletus Kohner, 52, of Winona on suspicion he violated a harassment-restraining order and a domestic abuse no-contact order. A 47-year-old Winona woman reported that Kohner left messages on an answering machine for a young girl, whose age was not listed in the police reports, to seek contact with her. The two court orders restrict Kohner’s contact with both females. He was held in jail and referred to the county attorney’s office for charges.
