11:48 p.m. — Police found Brittni Michelle Jessessky, 18, of Buffalo City, Wis., standing in the middle of Orrin Street near Fifth Street with an open container of beer in her
hand. She was warned for public consumption of alcohol and ticketed for underage drinking.
Sunday
1:01 a.m. — Police were called to 632 W. Wabasha St. on a report of a loud party. Upon arrival, they found several people on a back porch and cited Joseph Bernard Diekmann, 18, of Winona for underage drinking. Diekmann was also warned for the loud party.
2:47 a.m. — Officers in the area of Fifth and Johnson streets observed Brandon Lee Turner, 20, of New Hope, Minn., talking on a cell phone with one hand and urinating with the other. He was cited for public urination.
