4:44 p.m. — Police pulled over Kelly Lorraine Pomeroy, 18, of Winona in the area of Junction Street and Park Lane for traveling 45 mph in a 30-mph zone. The officer smelled alcohol and arrested Pomeroy, who supplied a breath test that found her blood-alcohol concentration to be 0.10 percent. A search of her purse also turned up a marijuana pipe. Pomeroy was cited for misdemeanor drunken driving, underage drinking and driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
10:35 p.m. — A motorcyclist was driving too fast up Garvin Heights Road and struck a curb, sending him into the grassy shoulder near East Lake Boulevard. Michael Charles Cooper Braley, 19, of Pierre, S.D., was wearing a helmet but lost consciousness when he was thrown from his 2001 Yamaha R-1. He was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries.
Friday
1:52 a.m. — An officer on patrol found a woman stumbling and falling on Main Street near Sanborn Street. Elizabeth Kennerly Cantwell, 20, of Middleton, Wis., was cited for underage drinking and had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.27 percent.

2:03 a.m. — Deputies pulled over Craig Foster, 37, of Eagan, Minn., for going 84 mph in a 70-mph zone on Interstate 90 just west of the Dresbach, Minn., exit. Foster appeared intoxicated and was arrested. He had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.14 percent and was cited for misdemeanor drunken driving.
