Tuesday

3:19 a.m. � Police were called to the area of Mark and Olmstead streets on a report of a broken window on a house and several people running through yards. Police apprehended Adam Thomas Shea, 20, of St. Charles and cited him for underage drinking. A portable breath test found his blood-alcohol concentration to be 0.203 percent.

Winona County

The Winona County Sheriff’s Department had nothing to report.
