Down 2-1, the No. 10 seeded Pirates scored six runs with two outs in the seventh inning on its way to a 7-2 upset of No. 7 Blair-Taylor in the WIAA regional semifinals Friday.
Tyler Keil’s two-run single gave C-FC its first lead of the game, 3-2, while Dylan Cieminski provided insurance with a three-run home run.
Cieminski finished 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs, and Keil went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBIs.
Cieminski also pitched a complete-game, two-hitter and struck out eight for the win.
Alma 13, Lincoln 2
ALMA, Wis. — Chris Glander went
2-for-3 with four RBIs and Brady Ritscher had two doubles and an RBI to lead Alma.
Alma’s Jordan Ludwigson had just one strikeout but pitched a five-inning complete game, allowing two earned runs on five hits and one walk, to pick up the win. Ludwigson also went 1-for-2 with an RBI.
The Rivermen (12-8, 9-7) advance to play at Arcadia at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
G-E-T 11, Augusta 1
GALESVILLE, Wis. — Luke Neitzel hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the fifth to propel Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau to victory on the 10-run rule.
Cory Abel struck out four to pick up the win for G-E-T, which scored three or more runs in three different innings.
G-E-T’s Keith Folkedahl and Alex Byom each hit a double, while David Kulig went 3-for-4 with two doubles and pitched two scoreless innings of relief.
G-E-T advances to play at Whitehall at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

Lewiston 7, Bangor (Wis.) 4
LEWISTON, Minn. — Luke Kalis went 2-for-3 with a double and pitched four innings in relief to pick up the win for Lewiston.
Lewiston broke a 1-1 tie with six runs in the bottom of the sixth and held off a three-run Bangor rally in the seventh.
Lewiston’s Clint Neumann went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and Cyril Pyffereon had a double and an RBI.
