11:33 a.m. — Employees at the Kwik Trip on Cottonwood Drive reported a man pumped $40 worth of gas into a purple, four-door station wagon and drove off without paying. The employees were unable to identify the man’s license plate.
12:59 p.m. — A 71-year-old Winona man reported missing $600 from a safe in his home in the 450 block of East Second Street. Police are investigating.

7:39 p.m. — A deputy running radar in the area of Highway 248 and County Road 25 in Rollingstone pulled over a Honda Civic for going 66 mph in a 55 mph zone. The deputy smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle and found two marijuana cigarettes, a glass pipe and a bag containing marijuana. The driver, Heda Najmaie, 29, of Winona, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
