8:03 a.m. — 66 Center St. — Personnel monitored natural gas problems due to extinguished pilot lights on range/broiler until Xcel Energy arrived. Xcel Energy advised broiler be service immediately. 8:43 a.m.
11:01 a.m. — 1354 Lafayette St. — Manual pull station activated by a young child. System restored. 11:15 a.m.
June 28
7:47 a.m. — King and Orrin Streets — Personnel responded to an EMS call. Upon arrival, no EMS needed. 7:58 a.m.
June 29
3:15 p.m. — 457 Gould St. — Passerby notified West Fire Station of the fire alarm sounding outside of Lourdes Hall. Detector in kitchen area activated for unknown reason. Alarm reset. 3:33 p.m.
June 30
2:21 p.m. — 55 Franklin St. — Bay States Fire Pump kicked on for no apparent reason and set the alarm off. Crew investigated and reset system. 2:37 p.m.
9:08 p.m. — 455 Hilbert St. — Personnel responded to Maria Hall for a reported fire alarm. Smoke detector in Room 223 was chirping due to a malfunction. Battery replaced but still would not work. Crew advised to have checked. 9:40 p.m.
Wednesday
1:40 a.m. — 166 W. Broadway — Smoke detector activation due to malfunction. 1:47 p.m.
3:41 p.m. — 2001 Theurer Blvd. — Personnel responded to a fire alarm and canceled en route. 3:50 p.m.
Thursday
1:12 a.m. — 476 Main St. — Building fire. 5:30 a.m.
9:05 a.m. — 578 E. Fifth St. — Passerby could hear an alarm going off, but saw no smoke. Police entered unsecured door, no alarms activated, light smoke in apartment was from fire involving newspaper material which ignited carpet fibers and plastic blinds. Fire was out upon arrival. 9:26 a.m.
11:50 a.m. — E. Sarnia St. in front of Urgent Care — Chemical spill cleaned and battery disposed of. 12:10 p.m.
3:02 p.m. — 501 W. Third St. — Dispatched and canceled en route. 3:04 p.m.
Friday
3:30 p.m. — Second and Chatfield streets — Vehicle accident. General cleanup. 4:05 p.m.
11:10 p.m. — 1760 W. Wabasha St. — Responded non-emergency to assist police with identifying a flammable liquid spill. Lighter fluid had been intentionally dumpd on a vehicle. Needed assistance in making sure scene was safe.
Sunday
5:32 p.m. — 224 Lake Park St. — Natural vegetation fire. Extinguished. 5:45 p.m.
7:43 p.m. — 453 E. Second St. — Structure fire. 12:30 a.m.
