5 p.m. — Police cited Francisco Ja Castellanos-Sanchez, 19, of Fridley, Minn., for underage consumption near Belleview and Hamilton streets. Castellanos-Sanchez registered a 0.148 percent blood-alcohol content on a breathalyzer administered by an officer.
11:15 p.m. — Police stopped a vehicle near Huff and Sarnia streets due to a broken headlight and suspected the driver was intoxicated. Diane Orlea Krause, 44, Winona, registered 0.12 percent blood-alcohol content, and was cited for fourth-degree DWI, open container violation and no proof of insurance.
Sunday
12:20 a.m. — Police responded to the 300 block of W. Fifth Street in response to a vehicle accident. Witnesses stated that a car driven by Ryan John Rademacher, 19, La Crosse, Wis., had hit a parked pickup truck. Rademacher was still at the scene, according to police, and registered a 0.18 percent blood-alcohol content after being pointed out by witnesses. Rademacher was cited for fourth-degree DWI and no proof of insurance.
