Published - Sunday, June 29, 2008 Police reports for Sunday, June 29, 2008 Winona Friday 11:50 p.m. — Police on patrol notice Zachary David Fricke, 21, of Winona, urinating as he walked near 10th and Lafayette streets. He was cited for public urination. 4 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a shoplifter at Mills Fleet Farm, 920 Highway 61 E., and cited Robert Wayne Dyrdal, 18, of Winona, for theft by shoplifting for taking a package of dart shafts worth $1.29. Saturday 12:46 a.m. — Police stopped Benjamin Ashby Rice, 28, of Winona, for traveling 48 mph in a 30-mph zone near Sixth and Chestnut streets. Officers apprehended him on suspicion of drunken driving and administered a breath-alcohol test. His blood alcohol concentration was 0.12 percent, and Rice was cited for fourth-degree driving under the influence. 1:28 a.m. — An officer on routine patrol observed Mike Jon Pax, 22, of Winona, urinating near Schydes and What Not bar, 102 Johnson St. He was cited for public urination. Winona County The Winona County Sheriff’s Office had nothing to report.
