MILWAUKEE (AP) — A federal grand jury in Milwaukee has indicted a 32-year-old man in the death of his brother-in-law on the Menominee Indian Reservation.
The indictment charges Marcelino Heredia with second-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of 40-year-old Anthony Madosh after a party at the victim's home near Keshena on or about Feb. 3.
