.
Seniors Ben Warren and Annabelle Potvin are the Winona Senior High School co-Winhawks of the Week.

Warren, son of Kevin and Dawn Warren of Winona, describes himself as hard-working, funny and a good person, and he lists math as his favorite subject. He enjoys being with friends, four-wheeling and spending time with his girlfriend. He says his parents are his role models. Teachers describe him as hard-working, sincere, polite, cooperative and successful and say he is a model student with a great sense of humor. After graduation, Warren plans to attend college. His advice to upcoming students is: “Be yourself and have fun at school.”
Potvin, daughter of Mike and Moira Potvin of Winona, describes herself as patient, pensive, prolific, pleasant and peaceful and says her favorite subjects are chemistry, art and English. She enjoys symphonic band, marching band, dancing, reading, spending time with friends, canoeing and selling fruit. Her role models are her parents and all of the strong women in her family, she says. Teachers describe her as talented, hard-working, creative, intelligent and mature, and say she is an outstanding student who is an asset to her classes. After graduation, Potvin plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her advice to upcoming students is: “Do your homework as thoroughly as possible, pay attention in history class, read for pleasure and befriend genuine people who make you laugh.”
