Winona County Developmental Achievement Center

At the Winona County Developmental Achievement Center meeting in April, retiring board members Doris Simonic, second from right, and Barb Laufenberg, second from left, were recognized for their contributions to the agency. Also recognized were Cathy Buhler, right, life skills/social recreational supervisor for five years of employment and Virginia Borck, job coach, for 15 years of employment.
