Published - Saturday, May 10, 2008 Video shows toddler with marijuana MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (AP) — Newly released video shows a toddler appearing to smoke marijuana in the presence of his mother and her two male friends. Prosecutors say the cell phone video was shot last October when the three adults smoked pot in the basement of a suburban Milwaukee home. It shows the 2-year-old boy putting a marijuana cigarette to his lips. Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin later tested the child and found no marijuana in his system. A criminal complaint says the two men, Sean Held and Dane Ashley, were teaching the toddler how to smoke a joint. All three pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a child. Krystle Weber still has custody of her son and is taking parenting classes.
