Six Warriors earn all-NSIC honors
Winona State University’s softball team had six players named to the all-conference team, including four to the first team.
Mollie Bjelland, Kristen Fossell, Chelsea Rosenow and Amanda Wilhelm all were first-team choices in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
Terra Halron and Stacey Struzynski were honorable mention picks.
Fossell and Struzynski are pitchers for the Warriors, who went 31-13 during the regular season and are the No. 2 seed this weekend in the NSIC tournament.
Bjelland, Rosenow and Halron all play the outfield, while Wilhelm plays second base.
