The Warriors finished their regular season with a doubleheader sweep over UW-La Crosse on Wednesday, winning the opener 8-0 in five innings before taking the nightcap 5-3.

Annie Stuedemann, WSU’s No. 6 hitter, went 3-for-3 in the opener. The freshman outfielder hit a solo home run in the Warriors’ five-run third inning and recorded a two-run double in the fifth inning.
Jenny Wilmes went 3-for-5 with an RBI, and Chelsea Rosenow was 4-for-7 with three runs and two RBIs on the day for WSU, which extended its winning streak against UW-L to 13.
