4:38 p.m. — Employees at the Kwik Trip on Cottonwood Drive reported a gas drive-off. Police later cited Abuldadir Mohammed, 22, of St. Paul, for theft of $46.56 worth of gas.
Saturday6:55 p.m. — Police cited Ronald Arnold Lund, 45, of Caledonia, Minn., for theft by shoplifting at Fleet Farm. He was caught switching an expensive dog training collar into a box for a cheaper one.
11:19 p.m. — An officer on foot patrol of the Winona State University campus cited Tony Lee Gadicke, 20, of Jefferson, Wis., for underage drinking in the 350 block of West Howard Street.
Sunday1 a.m. — Cory Thomas Theede, 24, of Lewiston, was cited for public urination in the alley behind May’s Photo on Third Street.
3:10 a.m. — Police received a call of a damaged sign near the intersection of Fifth and Huff streets. Upon arrival, officers followed a fluid trail to a vehicle driven by Joshua Scott House, 22. He was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and provided a breath test that found his blood-alcohol concentration to be 0.15 percent. Police cited House for misdemeanor drunken driving and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
