April 19

4:38 p.m. — Employees at the Kwik Trip on Cottonwood Drive reported a gas drive-off. Police later cited Abuldadir Mohammed, 22, of St. Paul, for theft of $46.56 worth of gas.

Saturday

6:55 p.m. — Police cited Ronald Arnold Lund, 45, of Caledonia, Minn., for theft by shoplifting at Fleet Farm. He was caught switching an expensive dog training collar into a box for a cheaper one.

11:19 p.m. — An officer on foot patrol of the Winona State University campus cited Tony Lee Gadicke, 20, of Jefferson, Wis., for underage drinking in the 350 block of West Howard Street.

Sunday

1 a.m. — Cory Thomas Theede, 24, of Lewiston, was cited for public urination in the alley behind May’s Photo on Third Street.

3:10 a.m. — Police received a call of a damaged sign near the intersection of Fifth and Huff streets. Upon arrival, officers followed a fluid trail to a vehicle driven by Joshua Scott House, 22. He was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and provided a breath test that found his blood-alcohol concentration to be 0.15 percent. Police cited House for misdemeanor drunken driving and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Winona County

No incidents were reported by the sheriff’s department Sunday.
