Police blotter

Winona Wednesday 3:22 p.m. — Police received a report of a cement block being thrown onto the windshield of a car in the 100 block of East Sanborn Street sometime during the weekend. The block did not break through the windshield, but it did cause damage to the glass, hood and bumper. Police have no suspects.
