12:20 a.m. — Police stopped Jason Allen Kniseley, 25, of Rushford, Minn., in the area of McBride Street and Broadway and cited him for driving with a revoked license. He was instructed not to drive his car, but 30 minutes later, he was seen climbing in through the passenger door. He was stopped again and was arrested on suspicion of gross misdemeanor drunken driving. He had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.14 percent and has been referred to the county attorney’s office for charges.
10:50 a.m. — Store security at Fleet Farm caught Brady Lee McCollum-Walterman, 18, of St. Charles, Minn., stealing hose clamps worth $1.79. Security recognized him from previous surveillance video taken at 12:20 p.m. April 2. On that occasion, he allegedly stole pipe fittings worth $4.15. Police issued McCollum-Walterman two citations for theft by shoplifting.
