Published - Saturday, April 12, 2008 Police For Saturday, April 12, 2008 Winona / Thursday 2:44 p.m. — A 16-year-old girl from Utica, Minn., was cited for damage to property at the Family and Children Center at 223 Center St. She reportedly “threw a temper tantrum” and punched a 3-inch by 8-inch hole in the wall, causing $100 in damage. 11:40 p.m. — Police issued a citation to James Allen Bogart, 45, of Winona for disorderly conduct. Living at a group home in the 450 block of East Second Street, Bogart was trying to run over staff members with his wheelchair and trying to punch another woman. He was “completely out of control,” according to the police report. Winona County The sheriff’s department reported no incidents Friday.
