Published - Thursday, April 10, 2008 Police Wednesday morning, April 9, 2008 Winona Tuesday 3:10 p.m. n Officers got a tip that a man with a warrant out for his arrest was at a residence in the 150 block of Mankato Avenue. Upon arrival, they were given permission to search the house and they found Craig Ray Hanville, 35, of Winona, hiding under a mattress. He was arrested on the warrant related to a driving after cancellation charge and was also cited for obstructing the legal process. 7:34 p.m. n Police received a call from an employee at the Holiday Inn, who said a man leaving the hotel was intoxicated and made a comment about going to George’s Lounge in Fountain City, Wis. Officers intercepted John Patrick Leuser, 38, of Westmont, Ill. at the Interstate Bridge. Leuser failed field sobriety tests and was cited for drunken driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.18 percent. Winona County Tuesday 7:55 p.m. n A conservation officer observed four males at a quarry on East Burns Valley Road who appeared to have drug paraphernalia and called the sheriff’s department. A deputy pulled over their vehicle and cited a 17-year-old boy and Jacob Adrian Mount, 19, of Winona, for possession of drug paraphernalia. Mount was also cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle.
