Tuesday morning, April 8, 2008 Winona March 22 No time n Police cited Michael Wayne Peterson, 20, of Winona for theft. Peterson admitted stealing an Xbox video game console, controllers and a game and then selling the items at the Warp Zone used video game shop on Huff Street for $15. The Xbox and controllers were recovered.
