Monday morning, March 31, 2008 Winona Friday 7 a.m. n Police responded to a report of a damaged vehicle in the 1750 block of Kraemer Drive. Upon arrival, a 23-year-old woman showed officers four slashed tires on her Dodge Durango and told them she received a text message from her ex-boyfriend, whom she has a restraining order against. Police later found and arrested a 29-year-old Winona man on suspicion of violating an order for protection. He was referred to the county attorney’s office for charges.
