Mumm Napa Reserve Brut — Rich layers of roasted almonds and creamy buttery toast, brisk refined acidity, with citrus, ripe apple, and honey flavors: a dry and elegant premium quaff with true Brut character. 90

Kenwood 2005 Sonoma Valley Jack London Vyd. Zinfandel — Classic character, exquisite texture and balance, long, well-mannered serious all-purpose red wine, superb with any red meat, especially bison. 93
