MARCH 29
2:42 p.m. — Police arrested a 15-year-old male for shoplifting at Fleet Farm in Winona. The juvenile allegedly stole a turkey call worth $5.49. The case has been referred to the county attorney.
MARCH 30
2:30 a.m. — During a routine patrol of Garvin Heights Park, an officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from a parked car. The officer cited Taylor John Wieck, 19, of Lake City, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
