I love the Oasis too. I enjoy eating there and taking my grandparents there. If A&W was actually a root-beer stand, I don't know the Oasis would compete...amen to that too!
I'm not blaming the whole city, I'm just looking at the overall picture here. It just seems odd that a small town has so many of these incidents happening. Maybe Winona needs to crack down a bit more, like the Home of the Saints and the Oasis do! "

Finally...the town is getting better? What end of town do you live in... the outskirts of town do not count. If you live by the Oasis, that's good - that place rocks and is safe.... FOR NOW.
