Trempealeau Circuit Court

  • Jennifer M. Schultz, 21, of Galesville, Wis., was charged with four misdemeanor counts of issuing worthless checks in Trempealeau County. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Feb. 6.

  • Amy C.G. Otterson, 24, of Taylor, Wis., was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Trempealeau County. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Feb. 6.

  • Christal K. Richards, 34, of Blair, Wis., was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct alleging an offense on Oct. 23, 2007. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Feb. 6.

  • Samuel N. Ricketts, 19, of Galesville, Wis., was charged Jan. 22, with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. He was arrested Oct. 27, 2007, in Galesville. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Feb. 6.

  • Matthew A. Sinclair, 20, of Milwaukee was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in a complaint alleging offenses on Dec. 10, 2007, in Trempealeau County.

  • Joshua D. Coombs, 23, of Arcadia, Wis., is scheduled for a court conference Feb. 5 on two misdemeanor charges of bail jumping. The alleged offenses happened Sept. 1 and Sept. 15, 2007. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 5 on a charge of third-offense operating while intoxicated.

  • Patrick T. Casper, 37, of Independence, Wis., is scheduled for a plea and sentencing hearing

    Feb. 5 on three misdemeanor charges of issuing worthless checks.

  • Dawn M. Johnson, 47, of Diamondhead, Miss., is scheduled for a plea and sentencing court hearing Feb. 5 on five misdemeanor charges of issuing worthless checks in Trempealeau County in 2004.

  • David L. Kvistad, 27, of Galesville failed to appear in court Jan. 22 for a review hearing of a deferred prosecution agreement on 2002 charges of battery and disorderly conduct. An arrest warrant was issued for failure to appear.

  • Jeanna M. Teel, 41, of Ellsworth, Wis., was charged with two misdemeanor counts of issuing worthless checks in Trempealeau County. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Feb. 6.

  • Ernesto Chavez, 40, of Plainview, Minn., was charged with second-offense operating while under influence of intoxicant. He was arrested in Trempealeau County on Dec. 17, 2007. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Feb. 13.

  • Michael F. Maciosek, 23, of Blair is scheduled for a plea and sentencing hearing Feb. 5 on charges of operating with revoked driver’s license, burglary, bail jumping, receiving stolen property and two counts of forgery.

  • Cory Rolack, 35, of Stevens Point, Wis., is scheduled for a plea and sentencing hearing April 1 on a charge of operating with revoked driver’s license.

  • Jordy L. Whyte, 45, of Trempealeau, Wis., pleaded no contest to a charge of third-offense operating while intoxicated. He was arrested March 24, 2007. He was fined $1,209, ordered to spend 75 days in jail, had his driver’s license revoked for 24 months and was referred for alcohol abuse assessment. His vehicle was ordered immobilized during revocation.

  • Michael L. Skroch, 23, of Independence, Wis., pleaded guilty Jan. 24 to a charge of second-offense operating while intoxicated Oct. 28, 2007. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 22.

  • Leo Baldwin III, 28, of Eau Claire, Wis., pleaded no contest Jan. 15 to a charge of second-offense operating while intoxicated. He was arrested April 25, 2007. A plea and sentencing hearing scheduled for March. Baldwin also is charged with two counts of felony battery or threat to a witness.

  • Todd L. Andre, 43, of Galesville, Wis., pleaded no contest Jan. 18 to a charge of speedometer violations, amended from operating while under the influence of an intoxicant, and was fined $375.
