Candidate left out of U.S. Senate poll

.
Today, I have received many calls from veterans who are upset that Dick Franson, a 100 percent disabled Vietnam veteran from being exposed to Agent Orange, was not included in the Minneapolis Star Tribune poll regarding the U.S. Senate race.

For shame!
The public has a right to know how each of the five DFL candidates are preferred by the voters. None of these candidates should be blacked-out in their surveys. Many times I informed the news media to just treat me fairly.

Remember, Dick Franson received about 76,000 votes in the 2006 primary for secretary of State, which was 30 percent of the vote. Give Dick Franson a chance, and he will surprise you. In 1970 while serving with the U.S. Navy Seals in Vietnam, he ran for lieutenant governor of Minnesota without being in the state and tallied 119,117 votes.
